The following cable message has been received in Wellington from Cairo:—* "Aotea opened with thirty-four patientsjl / official ceremony held yesterday." This refers to the convalescent noma for New Zealand soldiers, which had its genesis in Wanganui, and is supported by the people of that district, Palmer* ston North, and Wairarapa.
