CENTRAL SCHOOL. CARNIVAL.

TRADE DISPLAYS AND DECORATED VEHICLES. A special feature of the Central School Carnival will be the procession, consting of trade displays, decorated motor cars, ■motor cycles, and other vehicles. To date, the following entries have been received in addition to other firms ami private individuals who will take part provided necessary arrangements can he made: —Keel Post Furnishing Co., Boon Bros., M. 0. Butcher, Cook and Lister, Hy. Brown and Co., Sole Bros., ■May and Arrowsmith, A. Allen (Central Meat Bazaar), W. E. Bendall and Co., P. Lealand. Newton King (two entries), Burccss, Eraser and Co., Cock and Co., A. Veale, C. Carter, J. S. Lister. E. Emmerton, C. Bond, R. Poire, Hallenstein Bros., -T. Corrigall. Melbourne Clothing Co. Ford Motor Car Competition Class: Mrs. Burgess, Miss Bishop, B. Byrn (Overland Car Co.), E. Cock, J. McNeill, Lealand Bros., New Zealand Express Co., and a number of others who do not wish their names published. The Red Post Furnishing Co., with their usual generosity, have not only decided to provide a working exhibit for the Central School Carnival procession, but have offered to construct a handsome wardrobe and an easy chair en route, and when complete these articles are to be auctioned and the proceeds to be devoted to the funds.
