BAD BULLY BEEF.
NOT EATABLE TILL COOKED. Received Nov. 25, 0.30 p.m. London, Nov. 25. Mr. C'athcart Wason, M.P. and an exNew Zcalandcr, in a letter to the Daily Chronicle, asserts that, the bully beef supplied at Gallipoli is uneatable until it is cooked and partially washed.| New Zealanders, who as a point of honor do not complain, say that it is responsible for much .stomach trouble.
Mr. I'orster. in answer to questions in the House of Commons, said' he had tasted tin; beef and found it excellent. He was making inquiries. Mr. Wason suggested that Lords Plunket and Islington should report.
