Pt. Section 1.5, Block ill, Piopiolea West, O.R.P, 12a.. Harry Clmrcli.—Recommended for Minister's approval. The application for fee simple of Section 1. Block XVI, Ohura, .123 acres, by James 'Malone was apporved, a3 was that of ,1. 11. A. Treadwell for Section .'I, Block IX, Taurakawa, 157*1 acres.

Crown Lands Ranger Tolme forwarded report on Section 15-20, Block TIT, Piopiotea West, S'.D., about 100 acres, proposed to be offered for temporary grazing.—Resolved to call for tenders for grazing. ,
Raifger Tolme reported on Ci. and .T. A. Goodsir's application for a temporary lease of 5 acres, part of Section 13, Block T, Piopioloa West, S.D., on the southeast corner of their holding, Section 12, Block T.—"Refused. Joseph Dollimoro. lessee of T.F.L.P., Section 1,. Block X, Totoro S.D., 133 acres, requested permission to transfer to the Aria Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., water rights over his section'.—Granted.
Messrs' K. Griffiths and ,T. T. Qui", arbitrators, forwarded their award in the matter of renewal of lease of E.R. Section (ili, Block N, Kaupokonui S.D., 100 acres.—Received. F. M. Standish, owner in fee .simple of Sections 31 and 32, Block llr, Huiroa S.D., applied to purchase section (il and 62 and Crown Land adjoining, containing in all 2a. lr. 3.0 p. and sa. lr.—Recommended for approval. The following proposals foi expenditure of thirds were received:—Waitomo County Council £824 13s lid; Hawera County Council £175 lis 0d; Patea County Council £lO5 !)s Id.—Approved subject to satisfactory report from Crown Land Ranger. The Whaiiganiomona County Council applied for a refund of rates over O.R.P. Section-11, Block 11, Malice S.D., out of the improvement monies for period 1/4/14 to 22/7/14—Tins Receiver of Land Revenue was authorised to pay the. rate arrears out of loading. Ranger Meredith reported on Subsections 10 and 18, Section 42, Suburbs of Patea, la. 31p., proposed to be offered for lease.—Resolved to offer for grazing for seven years.

Putt, Messrs Roy and Billing appearing for the parties.
