t BREACH OF NEUTRALITY. BY GERMAN COMPANY'S OFFICIALS. New York, Nov. 21. A number of the officials of the Ham-tmrg-Ainerika Company are under indictment, charged with breaking the neutrality laws. The evidence implicated Captain Boyd, German military attache, who is alleged to have attempted to purchase ships in order to raid British Commerce in the North Atlantic. Dr. Goricar, who previously made a charge that i the Austrian Embassy fomented strikes and bomb outrages, is n material witness in the case.
