Bl LGARIANS ROUTED. Received Nov. 22, 5.35 p.m. London, Nov. 22. A Serbian olTici;. 1 message announces an important victory. A several days' battle in the Reskovatz and Nish district resulted in a rout of the Unitarians with enormous losses. AT MONASTIR. A RISING FEARED. BULGARIAN ADVANCE CHECKED. Rome, Nov. 21. II Corricre deila Sera's Monastir correspondent says that the authorities fear a rising of six thousand Bulgarians. The inhabitants, soldiers, and gendarmes are armed with bombs, in order to quell any outbreak. Salonika, Nov. 21. it is stated that the Bulgarians arc manoeuvring in the Perlepe region ami have suspended their march on Monastir. Paris, Nov. 21. Le Petit -Journal says that the Serbians at Monastir had advanced seven kilometres towards Perlepe when the Bulgarians apparently stopped them.
