IN SWEDISH WATERS. - A DRAMATIC INCIDENT. London, Nov. 17. Renter's Copenhagen correspondent records a sensational incident. The British steamer Thelma left Trelleborg for Gothenburg, and a German destroyer in the vicinity of Landskrona chased her into Swedish territorial waters. The Swedish torpedo boat Pollud approached as the Germans were hoarding the Thelma, forcing them to return to the destroyer. The Pollud ran between the two vessels, and the coraluiinder informed the Germans that he would use any means necessary to prevent the steamer being captured. Both warships cleared for action and ■lay some minutes opposite each other. There was an ominous silence, but the destroyer suddenly withdrew, leaving the Swedes in possession of the field.
