FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for fair to cloudy weather, barometer rising slowly in the north, but falling again soon in the south. There will be decreasing southerly breezes, changing shortly to increasing westerlies and northerlies in the south.
