HONEYCOMBED WITH . INTRIGUERS. '.REVELATIONS OP AN EX-CONSUL. ' Washington, Nov. 14. Dr. Goricar, late Austrian Consul at Sun Francisco, alleges that the United States is honeycombed with Anstrojerman spieg. under the direction of Dr. Dufnba and Count Bernstorff. Since the beginning of the war eight millions have been spent to create a political and social upheaval and to prevent the shipment of munitions to the Allies. Their ictivities are daily increasing owing to the economic strain, Germany having peached'the limit of her producing capacity. Within the next few weeks America will be faced with a grave situation, involving attacks on railroads,, warehouses, wharves, and shipping. Dr. Goricar declares that while he was Consul at San Francisco last year he was ordered to secure plans of t!ie defences of the entire Pacific coast. His ieclining to act as a spy resulted in his resignation. He asserts that the Austrian Consuls it Cleveland, St. Louis, Pittsburg, St. Paul, Chicago, and Philadelphia are spreading propaganda among foreign workers in munition factories. The Austro-Gcrman Embassy denies the allegations.
