ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
SEVERAL DROWNINGS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Taumarunui, Nov. 13. Morris Harding, a laborer, was drowned while crossing the Oluira River at Nilio Niho. Te Kuiti, Nov. 13. Harold Gillespie, aged 22. son of one of the original Tangitu settlers, has been drowned while crossing the .Uapui Stream on horseback. He had just enlisted. Gisboi'ne, Nov 13. Neil McDonald, aged (12, a laborer, was found drowned in the river. A Maori woman named Kakehe Tohutu, aged 58, was thrown from her horse at Tikitiki and killed.
