DEVASTATING STORM IN THE STATES. By Cable.—Press Association— Copyright New York, Nov. 11. At Great Bend, Kansas, and through Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado, and South Dakota a storm tore a path sixteen miles wide. It wrecked electric plant and waterworks, telegraph and telephone wires were damagqd, the loss being half a million sterling. ""The railroad depot was demolished and half the houses in the city wrecked. Wrecking trains carrying doctors and nurses were sent from Hutchinson in response to a plea for aid. The exact number of dead is unknown owing to the lack of communication. A Are broke out in several buildings, and, owing to the lack of water, they burned to the ground
