EGYPT.
AN ALLEGED PLOT. DISCOVERED AT CAIRO. New Yorlc, Nov. 10. A message from Berlin, through Constantinople, states that a great conspiracy has been discovered at Cairo, headed by persons in the entourage of the new Sultan. The conspirators aimed at removing the Sult:in and his Ministers and liberating- Egypt. Forty have been arrested and twenty-live executed.
