RUSSIA.

PREPARING FOR LONG CAMPAIGN. GERMANY'S AIMS. Received Nov. 10, 9.35 p.m. London, Nov. 10. The Morning Post's Petrograd correspondent says that Russia is preparing for a prolonged struggle; if necessary, for live years. He states that Germany aims at stirring up the whole Mussulman and Orient faction, and there may be a formidable struggle after Germany is defeated. In the event of Germany reaching Constantinople it will require six months to a year to train the Turkish armies to fight Europe. This is the full period of grace remaining for the destruction of German ambitions, and .the only possible place where they can be destroyed is France.
