ANGLO-FRENCH RELATIONS.
PREMIERS EXCHANGE VIEWS. Received Nov. 9, 9.5 p.m. Paris, Nov. 9. Mr. Asquitli, in acknowledging M. Briand's letter announcing his PremierBhip, reciprocates the sentiment that the union between the Allies is closer and stronger, and adds that he knows that France's, as is England's, determination to secure final victory regains unshakeable, with the certainty of conquering.
