RIFLE SHOOTING.

NEW PLYMOUTH DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB. The following team has been selected to represent the local Rifle Club in a match to be fired against the Inglewnod Rifle Club at Inglewood on November 11:—Riflemen Nicholls, Marrett, T. Jones, Palmer, Coppen, Blanchard, Drew, M'Wliirter, Keating, H. Hill, Lysons, Standish and Ramson. At a committee meeting of the New Plymouth Rifle Club held on the 3jd inst. the following resolutions were es.: v ried: "That non-financial members of the club be charged Is 3d per packet for ammunition and Is for marking; that the price to financial members be 6d per packet or six packets for 2s 6d." It was further resolved: ''That no member be allowed to purchase mori» than six packets a month unless permission is first obtained from the president or secretary."
