By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for decreasing southerly winds, veering to increasing westerlies. Expect boisterous weather and much rain generally, with rivers flooded in the West Coast and .southernmost districts. Barometer will rise temporarily, but another westerly depression is likely to follow soon.
