The said rate will be an annually recurring and continuing rate during the period from the Ist day of January, 1916, to the Ist day of May, 1939, being the currency of and to provide the interest and sinking fund on a loan of £25,000, being the balance of a loan of £300,000 authorised to be raised under the said Act, and will be payable at the office of the Board aforesaid in one sum on the nineteenth day of June in eacli year.
