MISCELLANEOUS. Messrs E. P. Gould and N. 11. Arden by their attorney, E. Dive, applied for an extension of time in which to effect the required improvements on O.K.P. section 3, block VTII., Oraona 5.1)., 1397 acresGranted 12 months' extension of time in which to complete required improvements. Arthur J. Woolston, licensee of O.R.P. section 11, block XVI., Ohura S.D., 315 acres, applied for exemption from personal residence for a period, having enilisted for active service.—Granted 13 months' leave of absence. Messrs Govett and Quilliam, solicitors, applied for a rehearing of the application of transfer A. P. Pouting and J. M. McLeod to Clias. Stone of O.R.P. section 7, block 111., Upper Waitara S.D., CSS acres, which was refused by the Board on 27th inst on the grounds of aggregation.—Resolved to adhere to Board's resolution refusing the application.

Mr. Maca lister, solicitor, applied for a rehearing of the application of transfer from A. E. Darragh to T. and M. E. Huzziff of 1.F.5., section 24, block XII., Huiroa S.D., refused by the Board on 27th inst on the grounds of aggregation. —Approved, on account of want of access to freehold land at the back.
