A tragedy has occurred at Collingwood, where an invalided pensioner named William Green and a woman named MeOormiek, his housekeeper, were found shot dead, in Green's residence. It is surmised that Green killed the. woman, and then himself, as the outcome of recent quarrels. Received Oct. 27, 10.15 p.m. Rome, Oct. 27. A porter named Charlton, who wa? charged with the murder of his wife, whose body was found enclosed in a trunk at Lake Como in June, 1910, was sentenced to six and two-thirds yeaxs' imprisonment, but taking into account the time he has already been imprisoned hj& v.j]i \, e liberated a month hence,
