(From Our Own Correspondent.) Stratford, Yesterday. The toll-gate at Waipuku had a very busy morning on Monday last, charging tolls to motorists going to the Waverley races. 28 ears passed through-the gate, and close on £6 was the day's takings. The sufferer, who had a kneecap and ankle injured, besides being much shaken, after receiving medical attention was taken home.
