He was apparently in the best of health and cheerful. He drove amid the cheers of the crowd, which included many of the Dardanelles wounded, and was much touched at his reception. The Nieut Svandendag correspondent at Sofia says it may be considered certain, that the Entente undertaking at the Dardanelles has failed. It is stated that the Allied troops at Seddnl Bahr, Ariburuu. and Anafarta are retreating bit by bit, because bad weather makes it impossible, to transport supplies and reserves, and the sea is so rough that warships cannot assist the troops
