TRADE WITH THE ENEMY. WORKING HOURS OF PARLIAMENT. Received Oct. 24, 3j50 pjn. London, Oct. 23. The Government is drafting, early, a 'bill prohibiting increased rents during the war period. The committee of the British Empire Industrial Exhibition has secured the option of a large site near the Strand, to open immediately after the war, with the object of fostering Empire products, and preventing Germany regaining lijer markets. The advisory committee includes several of the colonial agentsgeneral. One result of the air raids is a notice question in the Commons as to whether Mr. Asquith will arrange the working hours of Parliament for daylight. ULSTERS TO THE FRONT. FAREWELL MESSAGE FROM THE KING. Received Oct. 25, 12.20 a.m. London, Oct. 24. The King,.in a farewell message to the Ulster Division, before they left for the front, said: "Your prompt and patriotic answer to the Nation's call to arms will never be forgotten. lam confident that you will nobly uphold the traditions of the fine regiments whose names you bear."
