TARANAKI FARMERS' MEAT, COMPANY. The statutory meeting of the Taraiiild Farmers' Meat Company, Ltd., will be held at the Good Templar Hall, New Plymouth, on November 1, at 12.30 o'clock. The statutory report shows that the total number of shaves allotted is 8571, all of which are allotted for cash. The total amount of cash received by the Company in respect of the shares issued is £7573 13s. The receipts and payments of the company on capital' account to October 18, 1015, are as follows: Payments on account of shares issued, £7573 13a; part payment for site and for work thereon and in connection therewith, £1145; materials, £3O Cs; preliminary expenses, £SOO.
