NOTICE TO OCCUPIERS OF LAND in the following Counties:—CLlFTON, WHAXGAMOMONA, TARANAKI, ELTHAM, EGMONT, HAWERA, STRATFORD, WAIMATE WEST. • \ RETURN is being collected under the Census and Statistics Act, 1910, of the acreage sown or to he sown in corn crops, grasses and clovers (for threshing only) and in root crops. Occupiers of land in the above Counties who have more than an acre under any one crop and who have not yet received a form for making a return, are requested to apply to the District Agent, Department of Agriculture, Industries and Commerce, Wanganui. The area under crop will he an important factor in determining what special arrangements for providing labor in connection with the harvest will bo necessary. It is also essential in calculating the total production, particularly of wheat and oats, that the correct area should be known.
