NEW PLYMOUTH BOROUGH COUNCIL. is hereby given that at a . Special Meeting of the New Plymouth Borough Council held on the 27th day of September, 1915, it was resolved (by way of Special Order) that the New Plymouth Borough Council make a ByLaw under "The Slaughtering and Inspection Amendment Act, 1910." The object and purpose at the By-Law is to fix the charges payable for the use of the, Abattoir and tht slaughtering and dressing of stock. The said Resolution will be submitted for confirmation to a Meeting of the Council to be held at the Council Chambers. King Street, New Plymouth, on Monday, the 251 h day of October, 1915, at 7.30 p.m., at which Meeting the day or the coming into force of the By-Law will be fixed. A ccpy of the proposed Special Order and By-Law is deposited at the office of the Council in King Street, New Plymouth, where the same will lie open for public inspection during office hours until the said confirming Meeting is held.
