THE GAS FOUNDERS.
CROWN PRINCE AND HINDENBURG. Received Oct. 19, 9 p.m. Pet r ograd Petrograd, Oct. 18. The Revtch Bays that the Crown' Prince and general Hindenburg initiated the scheme of using gas. The Crown Prince said that with gas the Germans could dislodge the Allies ou the West front. The majority of the Generals dissented, but i General Hindenburg supported the scheme and proposed that it be adopted.
