A RUMORED AGREEMENT. Received Oct. 16, 6J p.m. Amsterdam, Oct. 15. The Vossiche Zeitung states that King Gonstantine has sent an envoy with an autograph letter to King Ferdinand. The letter is believed to contain the draft of a Qraeco-Rulgarian agreement. INVASION OF MACEDONIA.
BULGARIAN CONCENTRATION. HOW ITALY WILL AID. Received Oct. 1(1, 5.5 p.m. ''Jpßfßi Rome, Oct. 15. Twenty thousand Bulgarians, under General Toschef, are ready to invade Macedonia and engage the Anglo-French forces. It is estimated that 150,000 Bulgarians are concentrated, half on the Serbian position and half on the Grt/jk frontier. The Giornale d'ltalia says that Italy will ntft send troops to the Balkans, but will continue the pressure on Austria, which will be equally helpful. THE RUPTURE COMPLETE. BRITAIN DECLARES WAR. Received Oct. 17, 3.20 p.m. London, Oct. 16. Great Britain has declared war on Bulgaria. IN THE AEGEAN SEA. BULGARIAN PORTS BLOCKADED. Received Oct. 17, 3.10 p.m. Paris, Oct. 10. A message from New York states that an Allied squadron is blockading the Aegean Sea coast of Bulgaria. FORTY-EIGHT HOURS' GRACE. FOR NEUTRAL VESSELS. Wellington, Last Night. The High Commissioner reports, dated London, Oct. 16, 7.40 p.m.:— A blockade wa9 declared to-day of the Bulgarian coast in the Aegean Sea, and forty-eight hours' grace is allowed neutral vessels to depart.
