BULGARIA ATTACKS SERBIA. ~" Received Oct. 13, 1.43 a.m. Londpn, Oct. 12. The Time 3' Athens correspondent says that the Bulgarians at noon yesterday began an attack on Serbia from Gariboghay towards Kniazehvatz, thirty miles north-east oi Nish. THAT TREATY. BULGARIA'S OBLIGATIONS. Received Oct. 13, 1.25 a.m. London, Oct. 12. The treaty bound Bulgaria to the promise that once Serbia was invaded she would attack Serbia in the rear with one hundred thousand troops. SERBIAN REPORT. Received Oct. 12, 11.40 p.m. Nish, Oct. 12. A communique says:—We repulsed four attack? on the Zabregie-Obrenovatz sector, villi sieat enemy losses. During the Belgrade lighting we sank an enemy gunboat and badly damaged another, which was beached near Semliii. All attacks on our positions on the Drina, before Badovintzi, were repulsed with heavy losses.
