NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB.. A mati.h in aid of the Red Cross Fund WftS played at Waiwakaiho yesterday. The weather conditions were good, and five players reduced their handicaps. Followiug are the best scores:— Miss K. Free 117 (3S), 79. Miss L. Thomson 109 (2S) SI Miss V. Putt 112 (31), 81. Mrs. Flower 119 (38), 81 Miss If. Hollo 121 (40), 81. Miss A. Read 10,"> (21), 84. 'Miss Brewster 95 (10), 85. As Miss K. Free had already won a Red Cross medal in the junior'division, she generously gave it hack to be plaved for again. The committee have decided to hold a bogey match on Thursday. Oct. 14. A silver coin entrance foe will be asked for. The motor 'bus will leave Avon's shop at 12..T1.
