BRITISH DIPLOMACY.
BULGARIA BOUND, BODY AND SOUL MACEDONIAN SERBS DETERMINED. GERMANY AND HUNGARY QUARRELLING. Received Oct. 11, 7,50 p.m. London, Oct. 10. While tbo Daily Mail and Times bitterly attack British diplomacy relative to the Balkans, Dr. Dillon says the only stricture that might be passed is that it ignored, or belittled, the circumstance' that Bulgaria was bound body and sou) to the Austro-Germans before we moved in the matter. He is unable to share the belief that Bulgaria had any freedom of choice. The Entente diplomatists had persevered, and Serbia, heroic in her terrible martyrdom, had finally agreed to give np Macedonia. Thereupon Bulgaria, instead of being pleased, was profoundly troubled. (While the Entente were pressing their ease King Ferdinand was compelled to act, and he signed the mobilisation order.
The Daily Telegraph's Rome correspondent states that the whole population of Serbia, including men certified as physically unfit, as well as the women and old men who are arriving, have determined to give up their lives rather than see the Austro|Germans and Bulgarians conquer the countjy.
Tile Tribuna's Budapest correspondent reports that grave dissensions have arisen between Germany and Hungary respecting the military operations in Serbia. The Hungarian Government has protested against the provocative attitude of the Gorman troops in oceupving Tamesvar, Versecz, and the whole oi Banat as conquered tonitoiies.
