FAI'M KltS' CO-OP. OIICANISATIOX SOCIETY'S REPORT. At Opunake yards on Monday last there was a smaller yarding than usual. Buyers were in attendance, and young cattle were keenly competed for. Others sold at late rates. We quote: Fresh conditioned cows sold at from £7 5s to £S 12s, forward cows £0 to £7 3s, store cows £4 4a to £5 18s, boners £3 to £4, good yearling steers £3 8a Od to £3 12s, others £2 5s to £3 3s, yearling heifers £1 10s to £2 7s 6d> The dairy heifers came forward in full numbers, and sold well. Best springing heifers sold at from £8 15s to £9 10s, others £5 to £8 10s, calved heifers £5 to £7 10s, store, pigs 23s to 3fis, weaners 13s to 18s,

At Manaia yards on Tuesday, sth inst., there was a good entry of stock, land competition was firm throughout, with prices in favor of the vendors. Cows sold at from £D 12s to £lO 15s, fresh conditioned cows £7 2s to £8 ss, forward cows £0 to' £7, store cows £4 to £5, boners £3 to £3 18s, empty heifers £3 7s, yearling steers £2 19s, heifers £1 15s to £2 ss, bulls £6 5s to £!), hoggets 23s 4d, shorn hoggets 19s Od, best springing heifers £9 to £9 7s Od, others £o to £8 10s, cows I close to prolit £9 to £ll ss, store pigs 24s to 295, weaners 7s lid to ISs, porkers £1 10s od,

On Friday, Bth inst,, at the Auroa yards, there was a good muster of stock, and prices were well up to late quotations, and with the exception of two bulls the whole yarding changed hands. Fat cows sold at from £9 to £l2 14s, fresli conditioned cows £7 7s to £8 ss, forward cows £0 to £7, store cows £5 to £5 18s, boners £3 18s to £4 15s, empty heifers £3 10s to £4 4s, good yearling steers £3 2s Od, heifers 35s to £2 3s lid. In the dairy pens there was a fair entry of springing heifers, which sold under Iceen competition. Best springing heifers sold at from £9 10s to £l2, others £0 5s to £9, calved heifers £8 10s to £9 15s.
