TELEGRAPHIC. ARRIVED. Brisbane, Oct. B.—Port Albany, from New Zealand. THE RARAAVA. The Rarawa brought 100 tons of general cargo from Onehunga yesterday, including 17 tons of manure, 8 tons of sugar, and 5 tons of lime. The vessel returned in the evening. She will' be here again on Monday morning. THE CORINNA. The. Corinna is due from AVellington to-day, and will load over 15,000 boxes of butter and 4200 crates of cheese, which will be transhipped to the Rimutaka, at AA'ellington, for Home shipment. NOTES.
The New Zealand Shipping Co.'s Turakina is due at Auckland from Loudon, via Hobart, to-day. She has 42 saloon and 52 third-class passengers on board. The Turakina will land 3000 tons of cargo at the northern port. No passengers will be brought to New Zealand by tho Shaiv-Savill liner Rangotiro, which cleared London on September 5. The same company's Kia Ora, which was to have left the Home port on Friday last for New Zealand, will also probably not bring any passengers. The Government training steamer Amokura left AVellington yesterday on her spring cruise and round trip to the outlying southern islands in search of castaways, and to examine tho provision depots. Owing to the fact that there are many new recruits on board the Amokura will proceed at leisure down the coast, and is fixed to sail from Bluff, her final port, about the 20th inst, The U.S. and A. steamer Indian Monarch, which left New York for New Zealand on October 5, is expected to arrive at Auckland about November 15. She comes via Panama, and after discharging part of her general cargo at Auckland, will sail for Australian ports. The auxiliary schooner Rachel Cohen, at Dunedin, is now almost ready for sea, and her owner (Mr. Joseph Hateli) on Monday made a trial of her newly-fitted engines in the harbor. She will sail shortly for the Campbell and Macquarie Islands.
