WHO IS THE BRITISH GENERAL? Received Oct. S. 12.5 a.m. I.omlon, Oct. 7. The Daily Mail complains that the name of the British oll'icer commanding at Salonika ha* been withheld from Britain, despite the fact that it appeared in German newspapers and several Italian newspapers on October 1.
