Reuter says that, according to Pctrogracl press advices, Bulgaria lias rejected the> Russian demands, and sent an ultimatum to Serbia concerning Macedonia.
CREEK CABINET RESIGNS. .\f. VENIZELGS EXPLAINS. A GREAT SURPRISE. Wellington, Oct. 7. The High Commissioner report?, under date London, October 0, 1.50 p.m.: M. Venizelqs, the Premier of Greece, has resigned because the King declared that the Cabinet could not pursue his policy to the end. Athens, Oct. C. .The King informed M. Venizelos that he was unable to pursue the Cabinet's policy to the end. M. Venizelos thereupon resigned. The King lias accepted the resignation of the Cabinet. M. Venizelos, interviewed, said thai after his clear declarations in the Chain>bcr on the Cabinet's policy, which were otherwise well known to the King, the latter informed him that further cooperation between them was impossible. He believes the King favors a coalition Cabinet. M. Zaimis will form a coalition Cabinet. M. Venizelos will lie excluded. New York, Oct. (1. ■ Renter's London correspondent states that King Constantine lias acei-pled the resignation of the Venizelos Cabinet, and that Romnania is dispatching troops to the Bulgarian frontier and taking other; extraordinary military measures. London, Oct. 0. The fall of the Venizelos Cabinet came as a bombshell in diplomatic quarters in London, and also surprised Berlin and Paris.
