WEDDING.
HOLDEN-HUNT. A very pretty wedding was solemnised yesterday by the Rev. Grant Cowan in St. James' Church, Mokoia, which had been tastefully decorated by Mrs. Lysaght, who also officiated at the organ. The contracting parties were Miss, F. H. Hunt, third daughter of the kfe Mr. J. Hunt, of Mokoia, and Mr. J. W. Holden, of Pahiatua, The bride, who was given away by her brother, Mr. L. Hunt, was attired in white embroidered voile. She wore the orthodox orange blossoms and veil and carried a handsome bouquet. She was attended by her sister, Miss Ida Hunt, who was robed in pale blue crepe and who also carried a bouquet. Mr. Geo. Hunt was best man. After the ceremony the. young couple motored to the station to catch the Wanganui train, en route for their future home at Patea. The bride's going-away dress was a navy blue tailor-made costume with hat to match.
