It has definitely been decided to open a second recruiting campaign on Monday, which will occupy six weeks. Another campaign will be inaugurated to inculcate economy and efficiency and suggest how those unable to enlist may best serve the country. MANUFACTURE OF MUNITIONS. Sydney, Oct. 0. Mr. Holman states that a report has been received that three types of ma-chine-guns are being made at Walsh Island, one invented in the State works, another <by somebody outside, and the third a British design, of which ten replicas are being constructed.
