Radoslavoff that they will withdraw with the Russian Minister if the Note is rejected. The chief anxiety is whether Roumania is goiug to co-operate or otherwise. There is intense relief in Britain and France that the Balkan tangle is clearing up, and that the Allies are spared the unpleasant task of putting oress'jre upon Creeea.
