FORECAST. By Telegraph.—-'Pleas Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for moderate to strong easterly and south-easterly wind*, squally at times along the Eastern coast and about Cook Strait. Expect cold and changeable weather with passing showers, but improving in the' West Coast and southernmost districts. Barometer will rise further everywhere.
