COUNTY OP TARANAKI pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred ou it by section 10 of "The Road Boards Act, 1908," and section 34 of "The Counties Amendment Act, 1913," the Council of the County of Taranaki intend, after two months from the publication of this notice, to annex that portion of the Moa Road District described in the schedule hereunder to the adjoining outlying district of the Mangorei Hiding of the County of Taranaki. SCHEDULE: All that area in the 'Provincial District of Taranaki bounded as follows:—Commencing from a point the summit of Mount Egmont; thence bounded generally towards the North-west by a right line to the source of the Waiwakaiho Stream; thence by a line along the middle of the Wiiwakaiho Stream to a point where the Waiwakaiho Stream is intercepted by the Junction Eoad; thence along the Northern boundary of the said Junction Eoad to the Waiongona Stream; .thence generally towards the South-west by the East side of the Waiongona Stream to the sedford , Road; thence by the North side of the Bedford Koad to a point in line with the North-west boundary of Section 1, Block 8, Egmont Survey District; thence l>y a right line across the Bedford Boad and the North-west and part of the South-west boundaries of the said Section 1 to the Northern corner of Section 14, Block 7, Egmont Survey District; thence by the Northwest boundaries of Sections 14, 15, 10, 18, 10 and 20, Block 7, Egmont Survey District, to the Cambridge Road; thence by the Northern side of the Cambridge Koad to a point in line with, the North-west boundary of Section 1, Block 11, Egmont Survey District; thence by a right line across the Cambridge Boad and tlie North-weat boundary of the said Section 1; thence tg the South-west comer to same Section 1; thence by a right line to the summit of Mount Egmont, the commencing point.
