PRISONERS IN TURKEY.
INSTRUCTIONS HOE COMMUNICATION. By Telegraph.—t*res» Association, Wellington, Last Night. Since so many New Zealand soldiers have been reported missing a number of people have attempted to communicate with residents of Turkey to obtain in: formation regarding individual soldiers! As all portal communication with Turkey has ceased these letters have to be returned to the senders through the Dead Letter Office. The PostmasterGeneral states that persons having friends or Relatives reported to be missing may write a postcard to the missing soldier, and send it to the Deputy-Chief Postal Censor at Wellington, who will forward it to the proper quarter for delivery. The postcard should 'be addressed to the soldier by his rank, number, name, and regiment, the words "Belioved to be prisoner of war in Turkey," being added. The card should be fully signed by the sender. No postage stamps are required to be affixed, and written matter should be strictly confined to social and domestic affairs. Any reference to the war, or to politics, or to the state of the coum try, will result in destruction of the card,
