A meeting of the metropolitan branches of the Political Labor League resolved to ask the Federal and State Governments that al! enemy subjects he immediately removed from the Federal, State, and municipal services, their property confiscated and utilised for the upkeep of their dependents; also that enemy subjects be. disfranchised forthwith.

The Anti-Alien League is petitioning the Government to intern all enemy subjects, naturalised or unnatural'uid, and proliibit them holding Crown positions or trading under titles concealing their identity.
