THE AUSTRIAN AMBASSADOR. RECALL INSISTED ON. Received Sept. 26, 2.10 p.m. Washington, Sept. 25. lhe State Department lias notified Austria that it cannot allow M. Dum'ba to return home upon leave of absence, as the United States wishes his immediate recall. Austrian representations were hitherto based on the belief that the United States would be satisfied if M. Dumba was recalled on leave of absence.
