MISCELLANEOUS. Messrs E. Griffiths and J. Gibbs, arbitrators in the matter of renewal lease of E.K. part section 08, Moa District held by J. W. Burgess, forwarded their award. The issue of license to A. J. Hose, section 4, block 1 Tangitu S.D., was approved. ■ It was decided to offer section 4, block XII., Upper Waitara (weighed with valuation for improvements £00), 794 acres at 20s per acre. The Commissioner was authorised to offer at public auction the recently surveyed sections in the township of Aria and suburban sections. The resolution of forfeiture of lease of section 1), block IV., Ngaire, held by H. D. C. Simson and T, C. C. Simson was rescinded in order to give the third raort. gagee time to realise under an Order of the Supreme Court. The application of Is. Transom, lessee of section -J, block 111., Torotoro S.D., for exemption from residence for a term in order to go away and work and get schooling for his children, was refused. W. P. Pratt, lessee of O.H.P. section 8 block XIV., and section 10, block X| Mahoe S.D., was granted till August, 191G exemption from personal residence. The Board's resolution accepting surrender of the following leases of Taranaki Scholarships Endowment Lands, and for granting new leases for the residue of the term under the iPublie Bodies Leases Act, 1908 (sub-Bection "g," section 5), was confirmed:— W.
