SUSPECTED GERMAN OUTRAGE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright New York, Sept. 20. The Greek steamer Athinai was abandoned on fire in mid-ocean. The Tuscania rescued the passengers and crew. Only one life was lost. The Athinai is believed to have been set on fire by proGerman agents, but the reason is unknown as she carried no reservists. Vancouver, Sept. 20.' A vessel believed to be either the Donaldson liner Athenia or the former German vessel Atlienae, is on fire at sea. A wireless message states that the Anchor liner Tuxonia is believed to liave taken allon board. [This evidently refers to the vessel mentioned in the New York message]
