THE ALLIES' LOAN. A GERMAN ADVERTISEMENT. Received Sept. 19, 10 a.m. New York, Sept. 17. Several newspapers refused an advertisement that was of German origin and calculated to be prejudicial to the Allies' loan, stating that a financial trust was plotting to lend money to Russia, -which had gone bankrupt, France, which was smashed, and England, which was on the ove of insolvency, lie newspapers rejected the advertisement, though they were offered one hundred p,ounds per lino.
