London, Sept. 15. The New Zealand and Australian Land Company has paid a final dividend of 5 per cent, and a bonus of 5 per cent. WOOL SALES, Received Sept 15, 5.5 p.m. London, Sept. 16. Good wools are extremely firm, and slipes and crosshreds show a slightly better tone. Merinos are unchanged. The following prices were realised for the fleece portions of the clips named: Langridge, top IV&A, average 10% d; St. James, 28d and 24y 2 d; Craigieburn, 29d and aoy 4 d; Mason 15% d and 14y 3 d; Brookdale 16d and l&y 4 d; Moeraki, 19d and 17% d.
