ACCUSED. WHITE PLEADS GUILTY, | Eltharn, Sept. 10. At the Magistrate's Court this morning the two young men William Keith and Samuel White were again before the Justices of the Peace, Messrs. Dive and Parrot, to answer the second charge of burglary at Wilkinson's store. The police offered no evidence against Keith, and the charge was withdrawn. Evidence showed that White tunnelled under the store and made an entry through the ventilator. Search was made at White's house and revealed groceries and drapery, to the value of £37 5s Sd, and goods were found concealed in the tunnel under the store to the value of £2O «s Id—£s7 lis lOd in all. At the conclusion of the evidence White pleaded guilty and was cpmrniUed for sentence. White is ft married man with five children. He is in a bad physical condition, irequeatly taking fits.
