A CHANGE OF OPINION. . PAiPER OFFICE BOMBED. Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, Sept. 15. Received Sept. 16, 6.55 p.m. The Times' correspondent at Pekin says tliere has been a change regarding the monarchic! movement in the Cabinet, The president suddenly expressed disapproval of the movement, while the State Council refused to receive petitions concerning it.
The newly-founded monarchial paper at Shanghen, the Asiatic Daily News, had its offices bombed, seven persons being injured, and three others killed, including the bomb-thrower.
