BULGARIA AGGRESSIVE. CLASH WITH ROUMANIAN PATROLS. '* ■ 'Athens, Sept. IS. An unconfirmed report states that fighting has begun between Bulgarian and Roumanian patrols! Ten men were killed and twenty wounded. N(6ws that comes from Roumanian sources adds that the Bulgarians were the aggressors. ROUMANIA AND THE ENEMY. GERMANY'S PEREMPTORY DEMAND (Times and Sydney Sun Seiviees.) Received Sept.. 15, G p.m. London, Sept. 14. The Times correspondent at Sofia reports that Roumanian and Austro-Ger-man relations have reached a critical stage. In a recent note the German Government stated its demand for permission of the passage of Austro-Ger man troops through Roumanian territory, and also the fulfilment on Roumanian part to supply benzine and other requisites, to the value of eight million pounds. More than two thousand German waggons, filled witli war material, are waiting 011 the Roumanian frontier. The Minister of War has ordered to the colors all members of Macedonian and Bulgarian bands, and all Bulgers of Macedonian and Tltracian origin, thus enrolling all refugees who have not hitherto served in the army, - MORE BLUFF. SUSPENSION OF ROUMANIAN RAILWAY TRAFFIC, Received Sept. 15. 10.5 p.m. Rome, Sept. In. It is authoritatively learned thai the 'German scheme to force a passage from Orsova to Widen, with a view of reaching Bulgaria and Turkey, is merely bluff. Athens, Sept. 14. Goods ti'aflic on the Roumanian railways is suspended, apparently in tonnection with partial mobilisation.
