THE WAR CHEST. " REPLENISHMENT FROM INDEMNITY SUGGESTED! Times and Sydney Sun Services. Received Sept. 14, 5 p.m. London, Sept. 13. Tly Cologne Gazette announces that the Prussian Ministry of War is arranging to reconstitute the war chest after the war. The previous treasure of six millions of gold, kept at Spandau, only paid the expenses of the war for two days. The future war chest will be kept at Berlin, and the amount increased tenfold. The Gazette hopes that as in 1870 the treasure will bo taken from war indemnity.
